Timbercon Announces Standardized Coupler/Splitters
Timbercon, Inc. the fiber optic product and solution manufacturing company, providing a vast array of connectivity solutions, announced today the availability of standard single mode coupler/splitters for a wide variety of applications and industries. Timbercon has consistently provided custom solutions for many applications and has now standardized the most common configurations in coupler/splitters.
Timbercon coupler/splitters are used to either combine two(2) or more signals into one(1) or split one(1) signal into multiple paths. They are available in 1×2, 1×3, 1×4, 1×8, 1×16, 1×32, 2×2, and 2×4 configurations with all industry standard fiber optic connectors (LC, SC, FC, ST) and polishes. Each single mode coupler/splitter can be purchased in either a ruggedized plastic housing with 3mm leads or a low profile stainless steel tube for high density equipment requirements. In addition to the standard single mode coupler/splitter configurations, Timbercon still offers customized solutions for virtually any application.
