Timbercon Adds Robert Williams as Manufacturing EngineerLAKE OSWEGO, OR – October 18, 2006 – Timbercon, Inc., a fiber optic product and solution manufacturing company providing a vast array of connectivity solutions, today announced the appointment of Robert Williams to the position of manufacturing engineer for the company. Williams’ responsibilities with the company will include implementing Timbercon’s Lean Manufacturing initiative, overseeing the manufacturing process, and supporting new and existing hardware designs. Williams brings over 26 years of experience in manufacturing to Timbercon. “Bob’s background in manufacturing will be a great asset to Timbercon as we look to streamline our processes,” said James Davies, chief operating officer for Timbercon. “We are excited to have him join the Timbercon team as we continue to move forward and develop innovative products.” Prior to joining Timbercon, Williams served as production supervisor at Gerber Legendary Blades, a division of Fiskars Brands, Inc.
