TIMBERCON EXPANDS OPERATIONS AND RELOCATES CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS TO LAKE OSWEGO, OREGON

LAKE OSWEGO, OR - October 7, 2004 - Timbercon, Inc. announced today it has completed the expansion and relocation of the corporate headquarters to Lake Oswego, OR. Effective immediately the new address will be: 17387 SW 63rd Avenue, Suite A, Lake Oswego, OR 97035. The new Timbercon headquarters, located just south of downtown Portland is a new structure specifically designed for the manufacturing of fiber optic products. "Our new facility will allow us to expand operations and facilitate growth through increased product development efficiency and increased production capacity," commented Eric Meslow, president of Timbercon.

Timbercon headquarters houses the corporate offices, research & development, production, and warehousing on site.
