TIMBERCON INCREASES CAPACITY WITH EXPANSION OF CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS

LAKE OSWEGO, OR – July 28, 2005 – Timbercon, Inc., an industry leader in the supply and manufacturing of custom fiber optic products and solutions, has announced an expansion plan at the company's headquarters, focused on increasing production capacity at its primary location.

With this expansion, Timbercon will almost double existing production floor square footage and gain additional office, engineering, and warehousing space. "Our decision to expand is truly a function of needing additional resources to support customers and meet demand," states Eric Meslow, President of Timbercon. "This additional space will allow us the opportunity to more than double our production capacity within the existing facility."

Timbercon expects the expansion to take approximately 90 days. The expanded production and offices spaces are slated to be complete and operational by November 1, 2005.
