TIMBERCON INCLUDED IN BUSINESS JOURNALS FASTEST GROWING 100 PRIVATE COMPANIES FOR 2005

LAKE OSWEGO, OR - May 31, 2005 - Timbercon, Inc. announced today that it has been ranked by the Portland Business Journal as one of the Fastest Growing 100 privately held companies for 2005. This years ranking with be the fourth consecutive year on the list for Timbercon. Public rank announcement for all 100 companies will take place at the Business Journal awards ceremony on June 16th.

Portland Business Journal Fastest Growing Private 100 is an annually generated list of privately held companies whose growth represents the best in the region. In order to be considered for the list, a company must have been in business for a minimum of three years and have 2002 revenues of at least $200,000.
