Connection Management
Manages a station's PHY Layer components and their interconnections in order to achieve logical
connection to the ring. CMT also manages the configurations of MAC and PHY entities within a station. Additionally, CMT includes the detection and Isolation of faults at the PHY layer plus monitoring and Link quality.
