Compensation
Timbercon believes strongly in rewarding performance. We offer a
competitive compensation program which includes base pay plus variable
compensation (bonuses) for many positions and commissions for sales
personnel. To support competitive, performance-based pay practices we
make every effort to ensure our salaries are both externally competitive
and internally equitable.
