• Assist in the creation marketing materials, (brochures, presentations, etc.)
• Coordination of advertising campaigns (print, web, event, etc.)
• Oversight of established vendor services and deliverables
• Creation and management of copy for both print and web
• Coordinate company participation in industry trade shows and associated events
• Manage marketing product sample inventory
• Coordination, tracking, and management of online listing, directories, and web forums.
• Assist Marketing and related departments with special projects as required

Skills and Qualifications

• 4 year degree or 2 years experience in a marketing/communications position, or combination thereof. Technology industry experience very helpful, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to think and act quickly, and to translate concepts into understandable copy/visuals for internal and external publication
• Proficiency all MS Office applications
• Working knowledge of design software (Adobe, Macromedia, etc.) very helpful
• Professional appearance and attitude
