Inside Sales

Department: Sales
Reporting to: VP of Sales

General Responsibilities

  • Answer new incoming sales calls, qualify opportunity, quote, and close the sale
  • Answer new web leads, qualify opportunity, quote, and close the sale
  • Follow-up on existing accounts to obtain new business
  • Develop relationships with identified customers to maintain and increase sales
  • Assist Key Account Managers with customers and projects

Relationships

  • Works closely with all Key Account Sales Managers
  • Works closely with Sales Coordinator & MarCom Coordinator
  • Performs duties as directed by VP Sales

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong ability to get results and close the sale
  • Product knowledge of Fiber, connectors, and cables desirable
  • Thirst for knowledge and ability to learn
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
