Executive Biographies
Eric Meslow
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Meslow co-founded Timbercon, Inc. and has served as its President and Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 1997.
Prior to Timbercon, Mr. Meslow spent several years in the data communications, data storage, and high technology industries working with Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Meslow holds a B.S. in Secondary Education from Oregon State University.
James Davies
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Davies co-founded Timbercon, Inc. in 1997 and has served as an executive since its inception. Concurrently, Mr. Davies co-founded Greenspace Candles, with whom he continues to serve as an advisor.
Prior to Timbercon, Mr. Davies spent several years in the telecommunications and data storage industries working with international technology companies.
Mr. Davies received a B.S. in Economics and Psychology from Lewis and Clark College, a Masters in Business Administration from George Fox University, and an Associates degree in Professional Music from PCC.
John Lee Jr.
Vice President of Sales
Mr. Lee joined Timbercon, Inc. in 2004 as Vice President of Sales.
Prior to joining Timbercon, Mr. Lee co-founded Zmation, a Northwest Oregon based automation company, and served as its Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 1994 to 2003. Previously, Mr. Lee was the Director of sales and marketing at ECD-Nova Systems Division and Creative Automation Company respectively.
Mr. Lee holds a B.S. in Physics from Point Loma College and completed all M.S. course requirements at the University of Rochester, The Institute of Optics.
Dr. Justin Redd
Director of Engineering
Dr. Redd joined Timbercon, Inc. in 2008 as Director of Engineering.
Prior to Timbercon, Dr. Redd served as a director of Business Management at Maxim Integrated Products, OptoCon division. Previous to his work with Maxim, Dr. Redd served as a captain in the US Air Force, before earning his PhD in Electrical Engineering at Utah State, and is a well published author in the fields of optoelectronics and connectivity.
